90 Days Beauty Routine

Hii Guys!! Welcome to another exciting blog post. And this time it’s all about How to keep a well maintained beauty routine in a smart and effective way!!! So without further ado… Let’s get started 🙂

Daily Beauty Routine:

Here’s how to maintain a daily Beauty Routine:

1. Before going to sleep, it is very important to cleanse your face properly and make sure absolutely no oil or make up is there on your skin.It will ensure your skin to breathe and rest properly while you sleep!!!

2. Take a shower daily and wear clean clothes, even on those supppper lazy days!! Maintaining hygiene is ALWAYS the key to good health!!

3. Moisturise within 3 to 5 minutes of getting out of the shower to make sure you lock the moisture of your skin.

4. Get atleast 6 to 8 hours of sleep everyday to make sure those eyebags and dark circles are always under control!)

Weekly Beauty Routine :

1.Oil your hair atleast twice a week with warm coconut oil (hair mask) and give yourself a spa treatment 🙂

2. Wash your hair twice or thrice a week and not more than that! That is because your hair’s natural oil helps to maintain it’s healthy lustre. Too much washing of your hair will strip your hairs out of it’s natural oil.

3. Trim and moisturise your nails once a week and make sure you remove all residues of your polish. Your nails need to breathe too guys 🙂

4. Scrub your body and treat your skin to a homemade mask atleast once a week to get that glowing bright skin !!!

Monthly Beauty Routine

1.Wax and take care of those unwanted body hair 🙂

2. Dye or re-dye your hair and make sure you take care of those grey stands.
